Mind Free Stress Reduction Courses
Tuesdays from 7.30pm until 9.30pm.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a gentle, research-backed method of reducing stress and promoting peace and balance in one's life. It is a simple, meditation-based approach that trains the mind to be more focussed and clear, allowing one to cope better with everyday stress, pain and illness.
Christopher Gaia, your teacher, has been involved in stress-reduction and meditation training for 15 years. He is currently involved in the Masters programme at the University of Bangor Psychology Department. He is also a registered Osteopath, having practiced here at the Balham Therapy Rooms since 2005.
